BOKKEN - 40", literally translated
it means "stick sword". Bokken are used as practice weapons for practitioners of
traditional Japanese swordplay, as they have the shape and a bit of the feel of
the katana. Because it is made of red oak, it is quite a weapon itself.
(When sold to Westerners, it often comes with a cheap plastic "guard", but we've
removed them so as to match the historically correct look).
$35
H54 -
SHINAI - 44", in flexible bamboo.

practice weapons made of bamboo slats that make a satisfying "smack" when
striking an opponent, but very little damage. $35
